All hair and product sales are final.
Unless there has been an error on our behalf or product defect (not caused from shipping), then there will be no exchanges. You have up until 5 days (after receiving the product), to contact the company regarding any issues.
Once you have contacted us within 5 business days, and if in any event, an error/defect has occurred, exchanges and returns/exchanges will be granted under these conditions:
- There cannot be any type of use of products or hair.
- Product seal's cannot be broken.
- Hair still has to be in bundle form.
- Hair cannot appear to have any product or alterations such as combing, brushing, cutting, etc.
These guidelines are to protect ourselves and buyers, due to possible health and sanitation risks.
If a return or exchange is granted because of our error or defective product, there will be no shipping fee.
